At Stratabiz, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your School and Office Needs products. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items under the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. ๐ NO REFUND POLICY
We strictly maintain a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and shipped, the purchase amount cannot be returned to the original payment method.
2. โ ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: The item arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: You received a product different from the one you ordered.
- Size/Color Exchange (Where Applicable): For items like apparel, planners, or folders where a size or color variance is applicable, we allow an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
3. โณ EXCHANGE WINDOW
You must initiate an exchange request within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order. Requests made outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.
4. ๐ CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and Resalable Condition: The item must be unused, un-opened (if sealed), and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or number) is required.
Items that are NOT eligible for exchange include:
- Clearance, Sale, or promotional items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., certain art supplies, sealed food/drink products).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. ๐ ๏ธ HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at care@stratabiz.co.in within the 14-day window.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange (e.g., damaged, wrong size/color).
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: You must clearly mark the Exchange Authorization Number on the outside of the return package. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. ๐ PROCESSING THE EXCHANGE
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- Approved Exchange: We will ship the replacement item (same item, or the correct item/size/color) to you free of charge.
- If the exact item is unavailable: We will issue you a Store Credit for the value of the exchanged item. This Store Credit can be used for any future purchase from Stratabiz. Cash refunds will not be provided.
- Rejected Exchange: If the item does not meet the eligibility conditions (e.g., used, damaged by customer), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
